Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier:

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer

• High Tide is not responsible for carrier delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in additional fees

Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

• The incorrect product was shipped

• The product was damaged in transit (with proof provided within 48 hours of delivery)

High Tide reserves the right to evaluate all claims.
